Quarantined Rapport

Quarantined Rapport #4

The team behind Quarantined Rapport has come back again for their 4th installment of the series. This event will also benefit Direct Relief. Direct Relief is a humanitarian aid organization in all 50 states and more than 80 countries. Their mission is to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies.

Quarantined Rapport #4 raised $5,400 total with over half of the donations coming directly from viewers. The rest came from entry fees and players donating winnings back into the charity. The event also saw over 200 volunteers come together to organize over 60 tournaments throughout the 3 day event.

Some of the partners for this event featured companies such as Challonge, Match.Dev and Duck Game. They were also joined by many game developers themselves to help raise awareness. Rivals of Aether and SkullGirls both joined in and provided prize money to get more eyes on the event.

Past Events

Throughout the history of Quarantined Rapport the organization has raised over $15,000 to help those in need around the world. These tournament organizers came together once the world was shutdown due to covid19. They envisioned a event series that would allow everyone to keep playing the games they love while also helping out a good cause.

The first event we saw 35 tournaments and since then the series has doubled the amount of tournaments. They are set to keep the series alive for as long as players will continue to compete. You can learn more about Quarantined Rapport and Direct Relief below.
